Our Sustainable Future
An Photography Exhibition
Our Sustainable Future is a photography exhibition focusing on the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals and the works of secondary school students from the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), presented in partnership with the Aga Khan Museum. This initiative was inspired by the work of The Honourable Elizabeth Dowdeswell, Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, who has been championing the SDGs as a platform to help build a more resilient world that works for everyone.
These young photographers share their vision for the world of tomorrow and the challenges in meeting the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The students were trained in photography through the Fredric Roberts Photography Workshops at the Aga Khan Museum.
Our Sustainable Future is a special feature during Goosechase UW, a campus-wide scavenger hunt happening across campus March 11th – 15th. Stop by to gain points on the hunt or take a browse between classes.
A centralized network of student leaders making an impact at the University of Waterloo to enhance collaboration, shared resources and community connections.
The Impact Alliance strives to amplify the work club leaders are currently engaged in, while respecting students varying levels of other commitments.
